Construction was completed on the new Belle Fourche High School Career Technical Education Building in July, 2017. The new 16,000 sq. ft. facility includes a welding shop & classroom, vo-ag classroom, culinary arts lab & classroom, an advanced business classroom, and ancillary support spaces. The new two-story building is located adjacent to the high school and includes state-of-the-art equipment. Several local businesses have donated equipment and money to assist the school district with creating a facility that will assist in the training of a workforce that is greatly needed in the area. A relationship with Western Dakota Tech has been established for the students to obtain credit for the training they receive at the CTE.
