Uda has been fortunate to work with Common Cents on several projects. The Common Cents at Elk Vale Road was the largest at 15,300 square feet. The building consisted of a gas station/convenient store, truck stop/travel center, deli, casino, and a large liquor store. A year after the original project was completed, Uda was contracted to design a tunnel car wash to be built on the property.
